We are so excited to be featured on Every Last Detail today with an inspiration shoot we were a part of! MMD Events approached us with an idea of creating a glamorous steampunk–styled wedding and let us get as creative as we wanted! Our goal was to blend the glamour of the Victorian era with the iconic elements of the Industrial Revolution. We hand-drew the clock on the RSVP and hand-lettered their names on the wedding invitation, which were both great ways to give their wedding invitation suite that vintage feel. We tied in the industrial feel by creating an industrial gear shaped heart and carried that as their motif throughout the suite. To finish the design, we flat-printed their wedding invitation suite on a burnished paper and then wrapped the whole suite together with leather twine and a custom tag.
