Annalea + Matthew were so much fun to work with! The couple is getting married at The Grove Park Inn, a historical resort nestled in the mountains of Asheville, NC. The southern charm, breathtaking view and beautiful stonework of the place captivated Annalea, and her wish was to capture the natural beauty and the glamour of the magnificent location in her wedding suite. We were up for the challenge! To bring in the natural beauty of the resort, we incorporated a hand-drawn design on her wedding invitation and each of her enclosure cards. The reception card displayed an artistic rendering of the reception site. We layered the invitation with a beautiful pebble-and-gold paper that resembled the stonework on The Grove Park Inn. The entire wedding invitation suite was letterpressed in champagne gold and antique gold inks: we used both colors on the invitation and one color on each enclosure (to keep it more affordable). As a final touch, we encased all of the elements in a sandy-gold pocket-fold. The result was spectacular!
