Rachel + Eric fell in love with “The Monogram” Suite, a design from our affordable letterpress wedding invitations collection found in our Design Bar. Rachel wanted to personalize the design to fit her wedding colors, and shechose to go with one-color letterpress using silver ink on a thick, soft white paper. To add more of the wedding color details, we edge painted the invite with a coral-colored ink. For the final touch, we enclosed the letterpress suite in a soft white envelope embellished it with a coral-colored envelope liner.
I love how Rachel + Eric customized the design to make it their own while keeping it affordable!
The affordable designs and the freedom to customize the invitations are just two of the perks that our brides love when choosing a design from our Design Bar Collection
We enjoyed creating these custom designed letterpress wedding invitations for Tori & Patrick. The couple is getting married at The Lange Farm located just minutes outside of Tampa, Florida. This beautiful place features elegant plantation-style architecture, and Tory’s wish was to showcase the timeless, elegant charm of the farm on their wedding invitation suite. To accomplish this, we incorporated an antique-style motif for the invite, and created a hand-drawn oak tree on the RSVP. We used the letterpress printing technique to accentuate the vintage-elegant charm: the entire wedding invitation suite was pressed in a beautiful silver ink. For the final touch, we wrapped the invitation with white lace and a Tiffany-blue ribbon, and we enclosed the complete invitation suite with Tiffany-blue envelopes.
We really enjoyed creating Jessica + Christopher’s custom wedding invitations! This bride and groom were inspired by the colorful patterns created by kaleidoscopes, and their wish was to display a blend of that whimsical feel with a formal-elegant style. To achieve this look, we created a kaleidoscopic pattern for the envelope liners and accommodations cards. We then white-foiled the invitations on black paper stock, and we used the letterpress method with black ink on a white paper stock for the rest of the suite. By using timeless colors like black and white, we were able to give the suite an elegant and sophisticated appeal. We absolutely love the finished product, and we hope you love it, too!
We are so excited to show you these custom letterpress wedding invitations, specially designed for our couple Kimberly + Kyle! The bride and groom will be having a garden-style wedding at the historic Town Manor Bed and Breakfast, and their wish was to incorporate a fresh, botanical feel to their wedding invitations. Throughout the entire suite, we created a motif displaying our hand-drawn hydrangeas. These flowers added the perfect touch and gave the invitation that vintage-garden charm.
For a more personal touch, we created a hand drawing of the Gazebo were Kim + Kyle will be professing their love for each other, and we used watercolor on the hand drawing for the finishing details. To bring out an elegant feel, we pressed the entire invitation suite using sage and purple ink and edge-painted the invites and RSVP with a darker purple. Then we wrapped the suite with a sage-color bellyband…and voila! Below is the beautiful result!
We loved the organic look of this elegant garden invitation so much that we decided to make it available on our Affordable Design Bar (coming soon)!
Brittany and Matthew will be tying the knot in Arizona’s ruggedly beautiful Paradise Valley. Brittany will be incorporating the unique southwestern hallmarks of the rustic landscape into her wedding décor, and she wanted to display those theme elements with grace and elegance on her Save-the-Date invitations. She mentioned cacti and succulents as part of her wedding decor, so we hand-drew and watercolored a cactus to add a soft and ethereal feel to her Save-the-Dates. The wording was displayed in a sand-colored ink, and we used the Letterpress printing style to deepen that touch of elegance that would so easily blend with the rustic elements of the design. For the finishing touch, we carried over the same design onto the outer envelopes.
We absolutely love how Brittany and Matthew’s Save-the-Date captures the style of their Arizona wedding and we can’t wait to design their wedding invitations!
We enjoyed working with Kelsey + Darius on their custom letterpress wedding invitations. The bride and groom are getting married at the Barrington Hill Farm in Lakeland, FL, and they wanted a design that would give a rustic-vintage feel to their invites. To do this, we made a drawing of the beautiful oak tree that they were getting married under . We also incorporated a horseshoes and a hand drawn vintage map that features some special spots to Kelsey + Darius. We then letterpressed the entire suite using a navy and champagne ink on a soft white cotton paper. We wrapped the entire invitation suite with burlap and a navy twine. We absolutely love the end result! Congratulations Kelsey + Darius!!!
We had the pleasure on working with Michael Mastry, Owner of HavenHome Furniture and his team on his custom letterpress business cards and correspondence cards. Michael loved the look of our business cards and felt his business needed that beautiful look and feel that only letterpress can provide. We letterpress printed the business cards on a double thick 220 lb cotton paper stock and printed one ink on one side and 2 colors on the other and finished the cards with edge-paint to really add a fresh look and pop of color. We love how the aqua edges compliments these classy black and white cards!
Happy Monday friends!! We are starting the week off with a sweet save-the-date photo card and this beautiful custom letterpress wedding invitation created for Katelyn + Taylor! They wanted a very simple, clean and elegant design on their formal invitations. Even though the design is very simple, we played with their color palette of taupe & blush and the printing method to take the invitation suite to the next level – giving it that wow factor! We letterpress the entire invitation suite in a two color letterpress on a creamy and warm ecru paper and then blind pressed the border design. Using the method of blind press (using no ink) gave the invitation that subtle touch of elegance that Katelyn + Taylor were looking for! (We also blind pressed Christine + Dan’s starfish design here).
We enjoyed creating the perfect wedding invitation for Christine + Daniel. This couple is getting married at the Don Cesar Hotel in St. Petersburg, Florida. Known as Florida’s “Pink Palace,” this elegant and historic hotel is located in St. Pete Beach.
Christine + Dan wanted something very formal, elegant and clean with a touch of beach-y feel, so we hand drew a starfish and add swirl detail to balance the design. We blind pressed (press printing with no ink) the design onto the invitation and the RSVP to achieve the subtle design look Christine wanted. The entire suite was letterpressed in a navy blue ink. We also incorporated a hand drawing of the beautiful Don Cesar on the reception card. To finish the invitations we added navy blue liner and embossed a starfish design on the back flap. This invitation is formal with a touch of beach-y elegance.
Jennifer + David fell in love with the “Lace” letterpress invitation suite from our Design Bar (selecting from our Design Bar gives our brides the option to customize their invites while keeping them affordable). Jennifer + David chose to go with a two-color letterpress using navy and champagne ink on a soft white cotton paper. To customize the suite further, they added an envelope liner with a beautiful navy lace design. We love everything about this wedding invitation suite! This couple did a fantastic job customizing the “Lace” design to make it their own. Congratulations Jennifer + David!!
