Alexa + Scott Custom Suite

Alexa + Scott were so great to work with and they knew right off the bat, they wanted a rustic vintage style with lace and lovebird details. So we created a custom logo for them that incorporated the lovebirds and drew their reception site, the Avila Golf and Country Club. Everything was letterpressed in navy ink and to bring in a bit more of their color palette we used a blush colored paper for her accommodations card. Switching up paper colors is a great way to incorporate your color palette and give variety to your suite without the extra cost of a second ink color when letterpressing. We paired this suite with navy outer envelopes and a grey envelope liner and added a custom wrap label for the guest addresses. Congratulations Alexa & Scott, may you have a long and blessed marriage!

Haydee + Mark

Mark + Haydee wanted to keep there design simple and elegant using there color palette of blue and silver. To accomplish this we adorned the suite with a silver seastar on the invitation and rsvp. The suite was flat printed on a white linen paper stock and the invitation was layered with a blue silk paper. The invitation suite was paired with silver pearl envelopes. This suite will soon be featured on our design bar. Congratulations Haydee + Mark!

Kim+Matt Custom Suite

When we met with Kim and Matt to discuss their destination wedding in Charleston, South Carolina they talked about how much they loved the southern charm and all of the beautiful ironwork throughout the city, especially the iron gates. So we created paper iron gates for her invitation suite by laser cutting paper that would open up to reveal the invitation. We carried the Iron Gate design throughout the suite and even carried the swirling lines around the monogram. We letterpressed the suite using three ink colors, alternating two colors on the enclosure cards. Since the rehearsal dinner invitation was a low country boil, we hand drew a shrimp and tied the rest of the design in with the invitation suite.  We loved capturing the beauty of this sweet southern city on paper! Congratulations Kim + Matt!

Starlit Dinner Party Styled Shoot

We loved the concept of a New Years Eve dinner party for friends featuring loads of amazing details that any bride could bring into a rehearsal dinner or shower!

Lauren Grove with Every Last Detail & Megan with Glamour and Grace blog came up with this fun geometric styled shoot that features the new hot color emerald, black and of course gold!

We worked with Juliet Jones for her beautiful craftsmanship of calligraphy (you can see it on the “starlit supper” and “join us” on the tag and then brought in little star, hexagon and octagon shapes throughout the paper suite. We printed all of the paper goods on a white pearlescent paper and backed the invitation with a green paper layer. We wrapped the invitation with a gold twine and a custom hexagon tag. Then, added gold glitter envelope liner with a pearlescent black envelope.

Other paper goods we created were his and her bar signs, the welcome sign, created a New Years Eve party favor inside the hexagon boxes which was an accordion style book for each guest to write their New Year goals into.

We had such a fun time with a ton of our wedding vendor friends, eating the delicious food by Good Food Catering and soaking in the warm salty evening air on the beach! Amazing photos by 222Studio Photography

La VIE Styled Shoot

We love when we get to work with some of our favorite vendors on a styled photo shoot! Confetti Events and Weddings and MMD Events came up with a brilliant design style for this shoot called Fall Glamour and told us they wanted lots of glitter, gold, copper and blush tones on the paper goods.

I wanted to keep the papers very simple with a modern edge to it. I knew the table-scape would have so many amazing details that we didn’t want the paper goods to compete with the design but compliment. We used a modern calligraphy handwritten font and paired it with lots of gold glitter accents. We added a paper layer around the menu cards with the gold glitter, we added dimension with a raised glitter star on the save the dates, and created custom gold glitter star drink stirrers that sat in each guests drink.

We love how the color palette of coppers, blush, dark green’s and gold’s paired with the branches and flower arrangements evoke the fall feeling, while the chevron pattern, sequins and glitter accents take it up a notch to glamorous. Makes you want to sip on a hot apple cider martini with a cinnamon stick. This collection will soon be featured on the design bar, check back soon.

This photo shoot was featured on Ruffled blog, check it out here.

French Garden Inspired Photo shoot

When Linda Marie Weddings came to us about a “Fete des Fleures” {feast of flowers} concept photo shoot at Hollis Gardens in Lakeland, Florida we were really excited, and then when she told us about the French Garden style we couldn’t refuse! Our design minds immediately started to race. Pat hand drew a bushel of roses and we incorporated that with small lace ornate edging and beautiful calligraphy throughout the entire suite. In addition to the invitation suite, we created menu cards, place cards, table number, favor tags for the macaroons, and chairs signs. How gorgeous is this floral cake! We adorned it with our petit paper sign. If you like the design, check back soon we will be adding it to the design bar!

Custom: Marna + Sean

We love working with Marna + Sean on their custom invitation suite. To incorporate the Museum of Fine Arts in Downtown St Petersburg, where they were getting married. We hand drew the grand banyan trees that surround the outside of museum along with the exterior of the museum and letterpressed it in black ink and 100% cotton, tree free, burnish paper to add a vintage feel.  The RSVP was die-cut to resemble a museum ticket and included a hand drawn letterpressed frame. Finally we perforated the ticket so that the recipient could tear off their reply! We wrapped it all together with a green bellyband and tied it with black twine and a die-cut ticket. We had a great time creating this unique suite! Congratulations Marna + Shawn!

Day of Stationery

Day of stationery is an important part of creating ambiance at your wedding. We watercolored hydrangeas and carried it through onto the programs/ menu cards + place cards. The programs also double as a collapsible fan, which is perfect for Florida sun + we love how they collapse to fit perfectly in a clutch or a trouser pocket. We printed all the paper goods on a pearl paper stock. We have also included our custom watercolored hydrangeas on the place cards.

Southern Belle Suite (Amy + Ryan)

Amy + Ryan chose the Southern Belle letterpress suite which is apart of our affordable letterpress collection on the design bar. They chose a one-color letterpress ink in khaki on 100% cotton ecru paper. This elegant simplicity is a great way to keep costs down. We used a translucent bellyband to bring in the beautiful lace design. Congratulations Amy + Ryan!
