We had so much fun creating Amy + Scott’s custom wedding invitations! The bride and groom are tying the knot at the Sunken Gardens, a beautiful 100-year-old botanical garden nestled in the heart of St. Petersburg, FL. With this naturally beautiful location in mind, we created an organic floral theme that perfectly reflected this garden-styled wedding. We incorporated our hand-drawn bushel of roses design throughout the invitation suite, and we also, layered the invite with a red paper to give a clean and elegant touch to the design. Since she had a lot of information to share with her guests, we created the enclosure cards in an double-sided accordion style and included the history of the venue, a wedding timeline, website and accommodation information, attire details, and perforated RSVP cards. To finish the design, we printed the entire suite on a natural-white pearlescent paper and mounted the invite in an organic pocket fold. We love how all of these details gave the invitation suite a perfect balance of earthy comfort and elegant flair. Fabulous!!! 🙂
